As Site Roll Out Project Manager EMEA you will lead a team consisting of implementation leads for different defined solution areas, and together drive the implementation of the full TTOE solution across the sites.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
After the global solution is finalized, the roll out starts during Q4 2023. In that project, your task will be to lead your team and work with your team, the site management, and the site teams at the EMEA sites to implement the TTOE solution. You will be a part of the Global Rollout Management Team in the TTOE project and report to the Regional Implementation Manager. This includes:
- Project- and Change Management:
- Act as project manager for the implementation team
- Cooperate tightly and daily with your implementation leads, site management, and site teams
- Keep tight communication with program management to receive and give project updates
- Drive change management for the sites together with site management
- Following the roll out methodology to achieve site/solution alignment. Together with the Implementation team that you lead, you will work with these phases:
- Site preparation – Handshake the rollout scope
- Validation – Validate the Global Solution and identify local deviations
- Establish – Develop & test the solution
- Implement – Ensure readiness for both system, people and shop floor
- Go Live – Execute cut over, hypercare & project closure
Work together with central delivery areas, such as training, test, cutover & data, to coordinate and follow up site activities.
Education /Knowledge/ Skills / Ability
- Senior experience ERP implementation
- Proven experience in project management with the ability to make decisions and drive projects forward
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and in a multicultural environment
- Ability to coach and work with all senior line management. Strong integrity and ability to negotiate solutions
- Interest and knowledge in process and system models, ability to understand processes and how they connect
- Experience in production & manufacturing companies is a plus
- Experience from IFS implementations/change journeys is a plus
- The ability to travel is a requirement
- Ability to work efficiently in English
