Responsibilities and main tasks:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
• Set targets and goals for the external sales team and monitor progress towards achieving them
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that the sales team has the resources and support needed to be successful
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

• Proven track record of sales leadership and management experience
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
