Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Sales Director Sweden & Norway to a larger manufacturing company with a turnover of approx 2 billion sek.
Key responsibilities;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and
market share goals - Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching and
mentorship - Responsible for nurturing a results-driven sales culture that inspires innovation and
motivation in the sales team - Set targets and goals for the sales team and monitor progress towards achieving
them - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company footprint
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and forecasting system to ensure that the
team is consistently hitting its targets and that future sales are forecasted accurately - Prepare and present monthly MOR reports on sales performance, market trends and key metrics to the executive team
- Prepare and present quarterly QBR reports
- Prepare and present KAM plans
- Ensure relevant KPI ́s is analysed and monitored. Utilize data and analytics to
make informed business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications;
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles (+/- 10 years) within a manufacturing industry and B2B sales
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively and ability to adapt to change
- Ability to lead and manage transformation of sales team, both in terms of structure, processes and skills/capabilities of its members
- Proven experience with using Salesforce to manage sales activities, leads and
customer interactions - Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish
- Bachelor´s/Master´s degree in BA or related field
About the process;
The assignment covers 100%, starting immediately and is expected to last for approx 6 months.
Presentation of candidates to the client takes place June 18th and interviews with the client company June 19th.
