Interim Search has been appointed to recruit an interim Sales Director to a company in Helsinki.
Main tasks:
- Part of Nordic management team
- Operational management of sales team
- Coach sales team and follow up activities
- Develop the company’s cultural values
- Follow up in CRM SAP business system
- Reporting to the Nordic CEO
Who we are looking for:
- You have an academic degree that is considered relevant to the role
- You have solid experience from coaching sales manager roles
- You are fluent in Finnish and master the language fluently in speech and writing
- Desirable if you have a background from the medtech industry
About the process:
The assignment is set to durate for 6 months, with start in January. There are good opportunities for employment at the end of the assignment.
