Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Sales Agent for a company operating in aftersales for the automotive industry.
Main responsibilites:
- Lead and develop the business for France, increasing market share and secure growth
- Maintain and expand existing customer relations, establishing long-term partnerships
- Increase share of wallet with the existing customer base
- Report to Sales Director
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product and marketing
To be considered for the role:
- Experienced Sales Agent with a strong commercial mindset and business acumen
- Background in automotive aftermarket sales
- Deep understanding of the local culture and automotive market
- Fluent in French and English
- The right candidate should be open to a long-term commitment
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting as soon as possible, with the full intention to become a long-term Sales Agent for the customer after completion of the assignment. Candidate presentations to the client will take place ongoing, with interviews conducted by the client company shortly thereafter.
