We are looking for a Reception Facility Coordinator to our client in Stockholm.
Overall Responsibility:
- Organization of meetings and internal events.
- Administrative tasks (processing of invoices).
- Order office supplies (inventory and stock tracking).
- Vendor Management.
- Physical Reception of employees and visitors.
Location: Stockholm. Workload: 40 Hours/Week, 100% Onsite. Expected start date: ASAP.
Profile Requirements:
- A first experience in a similar position is desired.
- Very good interpersonal skills – sense of service.
- Ability to work alone and in a team.
- Necessary languages: English and Swedish (oral and written).
- Good command of the office pack.
Ongoing process in details:
