Interim Technical Project Manager

The customer is preparing for its certification therefore need a consultancy support:
– ISO9001 1st surveillance audit in Nov 2023
– IATF 16949 certification audit for next year 2024 (date not yet fixed)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparing the organization and the management team for both above mentioned events.
• Training & development of internal auditors (ISO 9001 and IATF16949).
• Supporting in building a robust and flexible Management system based upon the company’s identity, mission and vision.
• Revealing potential Gaps that will lead the company forward.
• When needed, has the ability to challenge our business, the customer and the Certification bodies.
• Build a strong quality mindset within the company via trainings and events.
• Building necessary documentation.
• Improve the Document Management System.

To be eligible for the role:

• Senior experience as Project Manager /Quality Manager
• Documented experience, with references, from working with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Experience from automotive
• Strong leadership skills
• Good English skills, both written and spoken

About the processen:

The assignment is full-time and starts as soon as possible and is expected to last for 6 month to start with.

Location are at three destinations and traveling will be necessary.

Approximatively : 70% in Skellefteå , 20% in Västerås and 10% in Stockholm.
