Interim Project Controls Manager

Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Project Control Manager to a large international company which offers engineering, design and consulting services in three main sectors: infrastructure, industry and energy. The company has approximately 750 employees and over 1,6 billion SEK in turnover.

Requirements: Execution

• Focus cost control (CAPEX).
• Forecast (Budget, forecast, follow-up and adjustment).
• Project control, retrieve information from existing systems for follow-up).
• Develop and optimize the projects during ongoing work.
• Documentation and 100% traceability.
• Optimize and ensure time planning (Time Control).
• Optimize structural capital in the projects (Company).
• Requirements / Testing.

Requirements: Function

• Education: Master of Business Administration / Economist / Project Management.
• At least 5-10 years of Project Management experience.
• Planning & Risk management.
• Contract management and Procurement experience.
• Industry experience in mining, paper, pulp, steel, metal, bio-based solutions, textile fiber, Powerto-X etc.
• Experience of Strategic detail & planning execution (heavy investments)
• System: Primavera P6 & EPPM – Project management software management and implementation of projects, programs and portfolios.
• System: Kleopatra – certification manager.
• System: Primavera P6, Project Planning, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Microsoft project, Monte Carlo simulation.

About the process:

The assignment covers 100%, starting as soon as possible and is expected to last for approx. 6 months.
