Interim IT Director

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategy.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives. 
• Oversee the day-to-day operations ensuring reliability and security.
• Manage IT budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX.
• Work closely with business units.
• Lead initiatives that leverage data and analytics to drive business insights and decision-making.
• Build, develop, lead a new IT organization.
• Manage relationships with external vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of systems, including ERP, CRM, WEB-interface.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity.

To be considered for the role:

• Several years of relevant experience from an international position within IT management in a multibillion SEK context.
• Documented experience from being responsible for carve-out and/or integration projects in an international multibillion SEK context.
• Demonstrated experience in building and developing a new IT organization, including team recruitment, structuring, and process implementation.
• Experience in leading an international operation remotely.
• Strong understanding of modern technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and ERP systems.
• Fluency in Swedish and English. 

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starts the 13th of January and will initially be contracted for 6-9 months with possibility for extension during future possible integration phase. Candidate presentations to the client will take place on January 9th, with interviews conducted by the client company January 10th.
