Internal Communications Specialist till ett stort bolag i Stockholm. Uppdraget är 6 månader långt. Start: 2 januari, 2023.
Main tasks:
You actively contribute to well-developed processes and plans. This means working closely together with General Managers and supporting European management teams in all parts of the internal communications agenda including: virtual all employee meetings, webinars, podcasts, blogs, organizational changes, intranet announcements, success stories videos, strategic initiatives updates etc.
In this position, you will develop, plan, manage, and execute internal communications activities for three Sales Areas in Europe.
All this aligned with messaging used by other Communication Specialists in Sales globally, and the overall strategy. You make sure that we communicate in ways that bring insights and energy to the organization. In addition, you proactively suggest improvements and new ideas in line with our strategic direction and branding guidelines.
Personal requirements:
You have a degree in Communications, Journalism or another relevant field of studies, but you might also have gained the equivalent knowledge from working.
Ability to work with MS Office 365 incl. Sharepoint, MS Teams and PowerPoint is necessary for this position. Video editing skills will be considered as an advantage. Since it’s a European role, you’re naturally fluent in both written and verbal English. Additional European language will be an advantage.
About the process:
The duration of the assignment is set to last for 6 months, the assignment is full time, and the preliminary start date is 2th of January, 2023.
