Interim HR-Manger
Stockholm | KonfidentielltInterim Search has been asked to appoint an interim HR Manager to a leading technology company providing both products and services. The company is medium-sized and part of an international group with approximately 130 employees in Sweden.
Our client is undergoing a dramatic transformation, as well as a strategic shift moving into new products and services. The interim HR-Manager will partner with the commercial business managers and employees on country specific issues, as well as the HR global/functional HRBPs with employees located in Sweden.
As interim HR-Manager you will:
- Be focused on supporting business goals
- Perform work personally as well as partner with Global HR Products and Services teams (COEs) to ensure the various business unit people programmes are supported.
- Contribute to the operational plans of the local commercial business in the leadership team from the perspective of driving business performance.
- Work hands-on in operations.
- Report to the Vice President, Human Resources, Europe and with a dotted line to the Manager Director of Sweden.
Preferred background:
- Experience as a human resources generalist over several years.
- Ability to provide expertise in a wide range of HR products and services.
- Capable of personally providing change management expertise and solutions.
- Have the personal qualities and professional experience necessary to gain credibility quickly with all levels of the clients organization.
- Able to operate effectively in our clients environment, which is characterized by the dramatic change and disruption in the clients business area globally.
- Able to navigate through this environment of rapid change in the clients competitive ecosystem and business strategy.
