Interim Head of Global IT infrastructure, Stockholm

The position as Interim Head of Global IT Infrastructure has the task of making IT an important digital asset for business development, new business models and corporate efficiency.  The role includes responsibility for planning of current and future IT infrastructure needs and delivery of 24/7/365 IT infrastructure services. Partner with multiple teams across the enterprise to ensure corporate success. Reports to Group CIO and participates in the global IT management team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and performance of the technical
  team to ensure the delivery of IT infrastructure services.
• Engineers, leads and maintains all elements of infrastructure
  technology and physical IT security.
• Delivers proactive, business focused infrastructure services that
  enable rapid business growth, M&A and smooth business
  operations.
• Oversees technical team in collaboration with vendor and other
  support teams for problem resolution.
• Leads the development and maintenance of the IT infrastructure
  plan.
• Monitors projects, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT
  infrastructure performance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good process knowledge (ITIL, Incident / Change management,
  change request, etc.).
•  A minimum of seven years professional experience in IT
  infrastructure, IT support, business critical IT delivery, or other
  relevant discipline.
• In-depth experience of designing and implementing infrastructure
  solutions.
• Experience of building and operating service desk operations with
  clear and ambitious SLA / KPIs.
• Extensive experience from outsourced IT-deliveries, vendor and
  partner management.
• Ability to execute and collaborate in a truly global matrix
  organization 24/7/365.
• Good knowledge of capacity services, cloud distribution and
  fundamental IT security.
• Experience from manufacturing industry and logistics together with
  good knowledge of market leading ERP systems (Microsoft
  Dynamics AX knowledge is a bonus).

The process
