Interim Search has been comissioned to assign an Interim Group Manager to a international company in Kalmar area. The company is undergoing a transformation from a pure manufacturer to offering sustainable and complete transport solutions. The company work to create added value for production workshops. They use their IT expertise to continuously improve and streamline production.
Main responsibilities:
- Coaching and inspiring the team through the change journey.
- Coordinating joint activities for production operations related to SAP, OAS, and
common data-driven initiatives. - Ensuring the team;s competence development in new technologies.
- Taking an active role in our improvement work.
- Being a driving and supportive colleague in our management team to ensure
continuous development.
Your profile:
