Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Group Controller to an International Group located in Stockholm/Mälardalen. The focus of the assignment is to lead and harmonize an integration within financial functions (subsidiaries level).
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead the integration within financial functions (subsidiaries level)
- Harmonize systems, routines and reporting
- Financial control/Business control
- Produce and analyze key figures and other data
- Ad hoc support
- Operational follow-ups
- Report to Group CFO
- No personnel responsibility
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience from a similar role
- Solid experience from integrations of financial functions
- Experience from working in an international group
- Experience from business service
- Good knowledge in Business Intelligence, Excel and systems in general
- Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- (It is advantageous if you can speak Finnish)
- Operational, analytical, and driven
About the process:
The assignment starts as soon as possible and is expected to last 6 months at 100 %. Travel within Mälardalen occurs frequently. Head office is located in Stockholm.
