Interim Search are now searching for a Financial Controller to a company which offers services in an innovation industrial company. You will be reporting to the Accounting Manager and work together with a team of three people. The company has 35.000 employees and over 100 billion SEK in revenue.
Primary responsibilities:
- In this position you will forming an important part of the BA Financial control function.
- You will manage the budget and forecast process for their management functions and participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings which we perform in close collaboration with the sister department BA Business Control, Divisions, and Group functions.
- You’re a part of maintaining and developing the Business Areas financial policies and procedures.
- You play an important role in analyzing the application of those policies and plans, perform Business Area wide reviews and trainings accordingly.
- As the organization constantly working towards continuous improvements, they also run projects on their own initiative and on a regular basis in collaboration with other functions.
Requirements:
- For this position, we’re looking for someone with a master’s degree in Business Administration or the equivalent knowledge gained from work and a few years’ experience as a Financial Controller.
- You’re well acquainted with SAP, Excel and Power BI, while experience from major consolidation systems, like OneStream or BPC is an advantage.
- A common understanding of IFRS is required, as well as detailed knowledge of IFRS 9, IFRS 15 and/or IFRS 16 is a plus.
- The client act in a global setting, and thats calls for excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Being analytical comes very handy in this role, you’re always ready to walk the extra mile to develop our financial control function and processes.
- While keeping a strategic and holistic view, you focus on the details and show the ability to handle a large amount of information.
- You see the benefits that technology brings to the table and are eager to explore the opportunities that we can apply in our way of working.
- You’re communicative and collaborative, features that enable you to easily build and maintain a strong network in multicultural surroundings.
