Interim Search AB has been commissioned to find an interim Finance Lead for a large Billing team in a global Healthcare provider with +30 000 employees.
The client is seeking a strong team leader to manage a team of 25 colleagues focused on Billing. This is a remote team based in Stockholm that is managed from a foreign headquarter. The team is typically a young team recruited out of educational institutions but does have a mix of skills and experience.
Main tasks:
- Manage the billing and invoicing process function in a hands-on capacity
- Lead a team to deliver timely and accurate invoices In line with company policies
- Instill and deliver a first-class customer service mindset
- Oversee more complex internal queries relating to invoicing processes
- Provide project management for billing/invoicing related initiatives including delivery of invoices
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required
- Enforce and comply with the documented internal controls surrounding assigned billing/invoicing processes
- Recommend and lead process improvements initiatives within functional area by identifying
- Assist in the creation, gathering and reporting of key performance indicators and review metric information to improve efficiency

- You have excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve Billing process issues

- You have an ability to prioritise and work to tight month-end deadlines
- You have solid decision making and problem-solving skills
- You have high proficiency in English
- It’s a merit if you have a good understanding of the OTC process, for example experience of process diagnostics, root cause analysis and process improvement
About the process:
