Interim Search AB has been commissioned to find an Interim Executive Assistant for a business area within an industrial company with +2 000 employees on an exciting growth journey.
Main tasks:
- You will be the right hand to the President of the Business Area
- You make the everyday business life of your executive as smooth as possible by acting as a gatekeeper and maintaining an optimized office setup
- You keep track on the smallest details and make sure that everything is in place (where to go, who to meet, what to do and what needs to be prepared)
- You will manage various administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements, calendars, documentation, events and expenses
- You will open-mindedly connect with internal and external stakeholders, customers and partners worldwide
- You work closely with members of our assistant community within the Group to share knowledge and best practices
To be relevant for the role:
- You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a service business background
- You’re used to a global environment
- You have a structured and straightforward way of working
- You have a doers mentality and independently prioritize and creatively solve problems on the go
- You spot what needs to be done and then you take lead
- You have an exceptional gift for networking and communicating with people from different cultures and settings
- You enjoy acting in a rapid-changing environment where you facilitate the work life of your executive
- You stay calm under pressure and can switch gears at a moment’s notice when the situation calls for it
- You are a natural teamplayer
- You need to be tech-savvy and comfortably embrace digital tools in our Office environment and new technology
- You communicate fluently in English and Swedish.
About the process:
