Interim Controlling Manager

You are part of a Country Finance organization with +60 employees and you have 8 direct reports, Project Controllers and Cost controllers

You report to Finance Director Sweden, dotted to Nordics.

Main tasks:

• Assist and advise the Product line MD for all financial matters relative to the Product line and monitor the product line’s objectives through performance monitoring
• Present the Product line’s results to the Nordics management and Nordics Finance Director
• Participate in global Product line Finance meetings when applicable
• Ensure that all operational managers in the Product line get the adequate support from the finance organization
• Follow project controlling from tendering to cash collection
• Manage Controlling in a complex industrial environment
• Ensure reporting compliance to group guidelines
• Ensure optimization of processes and drive changes towards group core model

To be relevant for the role:

• ​​You have +10 year’s experience from leading a controller function with +10 employees
• You have solid experience from leadership in large and complex project driven organizations with small projects and large multi billion projects
• You have excellent leadership skills and solid experience from leading through other
• You are a skilled communicator and a strong relationship builder
• You have high proficiency in English
• You have strong experience from working with cashflow and forecasts
• You have an MBA or Equivalent in Finance
• It’s a merit if you have a good understanding of the percentage of completion method
• It’s a merit if you have experience from technical industries
