Interim Search AB has been commissioned to find an Interim Content Specialist for an industrial company with 2 000 employees on an exciting growth journey, building the new digital era of manufacturing.
You are part of a whole new team that’s ready to develop, plan and implement a brand and communication strategy for this business area.
You report to the VP and Head of Communications for this Business Area.
Main tasks:
- You will be part of creating a communication concept from the very ground where compelling content in forms of storytelling, copywriting, images, films, and visuals aim at attracting relevant stakeholders and build the brand consistently.
- You’re the one sketching out the content and PR plan, interacting with agencies and continuously developing it to reflect corporate values and DNA.
- You work both on a strategic level but also hands on operationally to produce content.
- You contribute to a strong brand reputation where you consider the business needs and how the communication contributes to the bigger objectives.
- As the Business Area’s Communication function is new, you take part in developing the way of working with communication within the Business Area
To be relevant for the role:
- You have several years’ experience in content creation in international B2B organizations
- You show a profound sense of understanding stakeholder needs
- You have skills to analyze various target groups and adapt the messages
- You build genuine networks and navigate well in the organization and collaborate across the Business Area, Divisions and Business Units
- You are a genuine team player with a drive to work independently and take own initiatives
- You are fluent in verbal and written English as you work in a global environment
- It’s a merit if you have experience from startup environments and an interest for digitalization
- It’s a merit if you are forward leaning with an interest to continuously follow new communication trends etc
- It’s a merit if you understand the basics of SEO techniques, and you know your way in digital tools – particularly the Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365
About the process:
