Interim Search AB has been commissioned to find an Interim CIO to drive a transformation journey to modernize and unify the IT-landscape for a rapid growing and leading Nordic Safety Company.
You report to Group CFO.
Main tasks:
- Design and drive a group-wide IT strategy and roadmap aligned with the Group’s business goals.
- Define and prioritize initiatives across infrastructure, security, collaboration tools, ERP, CRM, and vertical applications
- Standardize and optimize the group’s Microsoft environment (Azure, M365, Teams, SharePoint, etc)
- Identify and implement scalable applications that support consulting, installation, and service workflows
- Lead IT integration efforts for newly acquired companies, ensuring smooth onboarding into the group’s IT ecosystem
- Provide hands-on support and leadership during M&A transitions
- Establish common IT policies, governance frameworks, and security standards across all entities
- Oversee basic infrastructure improvements including networks, connectivity, cloud environments, and cybersecurity
- Create engagement and buy-in from local leadership and teams through a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Supplier Management and Procurement
To be relevant for the role:
- You have proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally as a CIO or CTO within a multi-entity or international group
- You have a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies (Azure, 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- You have a track record of designing and executing IT transformation strategies
- You have strong business acumen and an ability to translate strategic objectives into IT solutions.
- You have excellent communication and change management skills (“why” and “how” of digital transformation)
- You have strong experience from IT-integrations of newly acquired companies
- You are fluent in English and Swedish
- It´s a merit if you also have proficiency in another Nordic language
- It´s a merit if you have experience from decentralized and geographical dispersed businesses
- Strong merit if you have experience from both service and project-based companies
- Strong merit if you have experience in M&A IT integration
About the process:
