Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Chief Commercial Officer to one of Europe´s leading e-commerce platform.
Work description:
- Execute an organizational change where today’s Sales and Key account department is merged with parts of current Product department to also involve more strategic and product oriented growth drivers such as price strategy, consumer experience, check-out optimization.
- Deploy a new strategic direction with accompanying management systems (KPIs, OKRs etc). The content of the new direction will be primarily developed by CEO/Strategy but could be adjusted and tailored to fit by the interim CCO.
- Retain key talent during the transition. Extra: talent mapping and recruitment plan for vacancies coming from the change.
- Maintain current sales processes such as pipeline meetings, support in key merchant negotiations etc.
The right candidate for this assignment:
- Has experience from a similar journey working with PE companies as owners.
- Has strong leadership skills especially in Sales and Key Account Management.
- Experience working with online merchants.
- Experience working international in a fast expanding environment.
