Interim CFO, Skåne (publ)

Most important tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead and structure the finance operations for the company and its activities based on regular financial and business follow up and forecasting.
• Secure high quality financial reporting, both internally and externally, as well as produce financial analysis for strategic decision making.
• Gather, analyze and prepare relevant information for the management team and board to make correct decisions.
• From a financial perspective for other functions, in particular providing financial insight to the sales team.
• Governance and compliance matters, e.g., company policies and procedures and risk management.
• Increase and ensure the quality of the financial work to maintain and exceed the standard for a listed company.
• Monitor and report key business metrics and measure company performance through a variety of methods.
• Responsibility for HR activities.

Background and experience:

• The company seeks a result focused and business oriented financial professional with a strong track record from previous CFO roles or within Finance and/or Business Control.
• The right candidate is comfortable working both strategically and on an operational level and will add value to dialogues with the CEO and the Board regarding the strategic direction.
• The CFO must have strong interpersonal skills and should be an analytical, structured and driven person, who can support and challenge the CEO in the daily operations and strategic discussions.
• Broad finance experience with an understanding of accounting, financial planning & analysis, legal and management reporting.
• Experience in of corporate accounting and business control in a listed context.
• International Experience.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience from Public companies or PE environment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
