Interim Search AB has been commissioned to find an Interim CFO for the Swedish operations in a global financial solutions company with services including rental, leasing, sales financing, progress payment, as well as administration and management of risks and assets.
You report to the CEO for the Swedish operations and you have three (3) managers reporting to you (Accounting, Controlling and Capital and Liquidity Management) with personnel responsibility for a total 25 people.
To be relevant for the role:
- You have a strong finance experience
- You have managed larger finance teams (20-30 people or more)
- You have solid experience from driving successful change in the organization
- You are a strong communicator
- You are very skilled in people management
- Very good written and oral communication skills (English and Swedish)
- It’s a merit if you have experience from the Financial Services sector (banking or insurance)
- It’s good if you have experience from working with Oracle, but it’s not a must
About the process:
