Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Business Controller to a real estate
company located in Stockholm.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support in project to implement Murex as a treasury system including integration and set-
up with Oracle for accounting, reporting, cash-flow reconciliation etc. - Develop management reports, both financial and more business oriented.
- Improve and develop accounting and reporting processes.
- Improve and finalize implementation of process for managing operational risk.
- Support in ad-hoc analysis both within the client area and the financial area.
- Draw conclusions based on analysis and present in an understandable way.
To be eligible for the role:
- Has had a similar role before.
- Experience from business control, treasury or financial industry.
- Experience from the real estate industry or banking.
- Experience from project management.
- Advanced user of Excel.
- Skills in Oracle and Murex (meritorious).
- Analytical and capable to see the bigger picture.
About the process:
The assignment starts as soon as possible and is expected to last for about 6 months at 100 %
scope.
