Interim Accounting Manager

The interim Accounting Manager will lead the accounting team of four finance professionals who has a focus to secure a high level of monthly reporting.

Responsibilities as interim Accounting Manager:

• Responsible for day to day accounting operations.

• Perform month-end accounting activities. Accountable for timely and correct monthly consolidated financial statements.

• Responsible for VAT and direct Tax.

• Responsible for internal controls related to financial cut-off and for corporate auditing activities.

• Responsible for the external audits.

• Maintain and develop new processes and policies related to local financial processes.

• Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.

• Respond to accounting inquiries from the organization.

• Assist in limited local treasury- or cash management related tasks.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as Accounting- or Finance Manager within an international organisation

• Documented leadership experience.

• Able to interact with all levels in the company and ability to collaborate in an international environment.

• Strong capabilities in Excel. Working experience in SAP is not a necessity but highly regarded.

• Experience working together with an international SSC or experience from outsourcing is a plus.

• Familiarity in US GAAP and SOX is advantageous.

• Excellent language skills in Swedish and English.

The process

We will present candidates mid  January. The assignment is full time, starts the 22nd of January and is expected to be twelve months.
