Interim Accountant

Main responsibilities:

• Be an important part of the Client Accounting team that manages accounting, reporting, forecasts and annual reports for over 1.200 customers.
• Work in close collaboration with client executives from the customer segments across the division and have direct contact with clients and auditors, to secure that agreed services are delivered with the highest possible quality.
• Work both independently and in close collaboration with your colleagues in the team as well as the foundation.
• Lead team to secure that deadlines and expected quality in the deliveries are met.
• Challenge the company’s way of working and be the driver in different initiatives to improve both processes and ways of working.
• Independently make closing entries and prepare annual reports for foundations. This includes contact with the Customer Manager, and for some customers, as well as the auditors, to grant that a revised annual report can be delivered by the client’s agreed deadline.

Your profile and preferred experience:

• Experience of financial accounting and financial control.
• Knowledge of the securities market and various financial instruments.
• Experience of working with foundations and/or securities.
• Previous experience of independently preparing annual reports, or of analyzing/revising prepared annual reports.
• Knowledge of regulations K2 and K3.
• Advantageous if you have experience of working with revising annual reports for foundations, or equivalent.
• Comfortable working in MS Excel and with Microsoft 365.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in economics.
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and in English in both speech and writing.
• Valued personal qualities are that you are thorough, structured, analytical and responsible.

About the process: 

The duration of the assignment is set to last for 6 months, the assignment is full time, and the preliminary start date is 1st of November.
