Interim Search has been asked to recruit an interim Senior Manager Business Controller to Coca Cola European Partners (CCEP) Home division in Sweden. CCEP operates in 13 European countries and has 23,500 employees.
In this role you will provide support and develop reports from the finance perspective, you will follow KPIs and evaluate the company’s performance.
More specifically your challenges are:
- Analyze and identify areas for improvement within profitability and efficiency
- Support and contribute to the monthly and quarterly closings
- Report on revenue, volume and profitability for channels, customers, brands and packages
- Work closely with the Sales team and the Product & Marketing team
You have an academic degree in finance and at least 10 years of working experience in business controlling or similar. Experience from FMCG will be greatly valued as will knowledge of SAP. You are very proficient in Excel and the rest of the MS Office tools and both your English and Swedish language skills are excellent. You need to be analytical and have a strong personal drive with a high energy level. An ability to translate figures into operational measures is necessary as is team spirits and a self-going attitude.
