Interim Senior Project Manager ERP

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a Dynamics 365 ERP implementation project. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience in managing complex ERP projects. You are a results-driven professional with a passion for delivering high-quality ERP solutions. You report to the CIO.

Main tasks:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Dynamics 365 ERP implementation project
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints, while personally managing selected projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies
• Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Facilitate change management processes and ensure smooth transition and adoption of the new ERP system
• Also run other project that have close dependencies on ERP

• Fluency in English as our corporate language is English. Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages

About the process:

The assignment starts in January 2025 and the estimated length of the assignment is 3 months, thereafter  you will have the opportunity to be offered a permanent position at the client company
