Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Integration Manager for a global company.
Main responsibilites:
- Lead and manage integration project related to an acquisition in Germany
- Fully integrate compliance, R&D, back-office functions, and HR policies
- Project lead with overall responsibility for steering the project team
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders
To be considered for the role:
- Fluent (native speaking) in German, with cultural understanding
- Previously conducted similar assignments
- Experienced project manager with extensive practice in handling diverse stakeholders and streamlining processes
- Experience from international companies and light industrial background, or a related field
- Understanding of various organizational structures (matrix organization, line organization)
- The assignment is conducted on-site in Germany with some flexibility for hybrid work.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting early December, and is expected to last approximately 18 months. Candidate presentations to the client will take place in week 47, with interviews conducted by the client company shortly thereafter.
