Interim Search has the opportunity to assign an interim Senior People and Culture partner to a customer located i Stockholm. The client has a turnover of 8 billion SEK and has over 1200 employees.
The client is characterized by a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is currently in a phase of transformation, which requires systematic approaches, structure creation and a readiness to accept challenges. Your responsibilities include implementing and adapting the organizations HR processes to meet local needs in Sweden, Finland and Norway.
Primary responsibility:
- Actively identify and address organizational HR needs, developing initiatives to establish HR fundamentals, structure, and value.
- Coach Business Area leaders and the organization in HR practices, covering areas such as onboarding, recruitment, and performance management.
- Strive for the best employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Lead trade union negotiations and manage complex employee cases.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and collective agreements.
- Develop and implement HR procedures, policies, and templates aligned with organizational needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in a similar role, with comprehensive involvement in the Employee Life Cycle.
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of labor law.
- Proficiency in change management.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. This role demands an international perspective, as it involves supporting teams in Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
- A positive, agile, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with HRM systems and an understanding of their benefits.
- Ability to handle loosely defined problems and produce organized outcomes.
