Interim Compliance Manager

Main duties and focus areas:

• AML (Anti-Money Laundring)
• CFT (Countering the financing of terrorism)
• International sanctions – The consultant should be able to support with the following: Oversee, support and provide advisory on Financial Security risks (AML/FT/international sanctions) to all business lines and support functions in the Nordic organization.

To be current for the role:

• 4-10 yrs experience within Compliance with focus on Financial Security, i e.
• Strong understanding of Financial security (AML-FT/ Sanctions) regulatory environment.
• Swedish Laws knowledge would be appreciated.
• European Directives and regulations (AML/CFT/KYC regulations).
• Strong knowledge of Sanctions US/EU legislation.
• Ability to design, implement and operate sanctions and AML/FT processes.
• You have academic education relevant to the assignment.
• You have good system skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have great self-motivation and high integrity, and good sense of order and the ability to plan and organize.
• You are forward-leaning, driven, goal-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish, English language.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to start on August 21 and last for 6-8 months. Possibility to work remotely 1 day /week according to a hybrid model.
