Interim Sales Manager Sweden and Norway
Sverige (hemmakontor) | BioventusInterim Search has been asked to appoint an interim Sales Manager Sweden and Norway for the international US company Bioventus. There is a possibility for the role to grow so it covers the expansion in Denmark that it a new market, as well as taking responsibility for the existing market Finland and its team.
As Interim Sales Manager you are responsible for secure the business for the sales growth and the gross margin of the Bioventus portfolio in selected region. The role will recommend and implement sales tactics that deliver and exceed against the business financial targets, business strategy and product focus. You are responsible for the management and development of the Bioventus sales team within Sweden and Norway.
The main responsibility will be to build up the business in the region with marketing and other functions support in the Netherlands. You will lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize profit and revenue by presenting and selling the company´s products and services to current and potential customers. You will create and manage the annual region business plan and deliver updates every month to the European Sales Director. You will work from your home-office in Sweden and travel at least 50 % of your time.
You must have 5-10 years experience of Sales Management (People Management) and in medical devices, orthopedics and preferable in biologics. You have as well experience of P&L responsibility and are used to supporting market access processes (Sweden & Norway).
